BACKGROUND: Parks and Recreation requested bids for the renovation of the 2nd Floor Restroom in the Community Center. Two vendors submitted bids as follows:
Diversified Construction of Georgia $69,654.00
Atlantic Building Specialist, Inc. $86,100.00
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Parks and Recreation, Croy Engineering and Foley Design have reviewed the bids and recommend award of bid RFP 18-012 Community Center 2nd Floor Restroom Renovation to the lowest bidder Diversified Construction of Georgia for $69,654.00 and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
