ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Application was made for privilege license agent change for Sprouts Markets, LLC dba Sprouts Farmers Market #530 for the sale of beer & wine (retail package). Billy Jones is the agent applicant. The previous license at this location was held by Cost Plus World Market with Brian Magdalene as agent.
Billy Jones will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2530 Cumberland Blvd SE. The applicant has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.
