ISSUE: Application for an apartment complex name change from Ashford Woods to Cumberland Pointe.
BACKGROUND: Ashford Woods Apartments dba Ashford Woods has requested a name change to Cumberland Pointe Apartment Holdings to Cumberland Pointe.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: The proper Name Change Applications (attached) have been reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communication Division, Water Department, and City Marshal as well as reported to the Business License Officer. A copy of the change of ownership application is also attached.
