ISSUE:  Proclamation in Recognition of Nathan Lugo

BACKGROUND:  14-year-old Nathan Lugo has been involved in boxing since the age of 7 and has been competing since he was 8.  From 2012-2019, he is the most decorated Amateur boxer in Georgia to date, and he's a proud resident of Smyrna since 2010.
