ISSUE:
To determine the use for the FY14 surplus.
BACKGROUND:
The fiscal year 2014 ended with stronger revenues and lower expenditures than anticipated. As a result, the City has a positive year end position. This will allocate the usage for the surplus.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:
Approval of the suggested use of surplus.
