ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Glenn Couey as registered agent for Sparkles of Smyrna, Inc. dba Sparkles Smyrna requests privilege license for the sale of liquor (retail pouring) at 666 Smyrna Hill Drive. This location has active alcohol licenses for beer and wine pouring.

Glenn Couey will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location.  Mr. Couey has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude the issuance of this license.  Glenn Couey has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
