ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Application for privilege licenses for Zeke’s for the sale of beer, wine, & liquor (retail pouring). Zeke’s is the new business and Ezechiel Jean-Louis is the agent applicant.  The previous license at this location was for Maru Sushi with Joseph Choi as agent.

 

Ezechiel Jean-Louis will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 4454 South Cobb Drive SE, Suite 101.  Mr. Jean-Louis has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license.  Ezechiel Jean-Louis has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
