Approval to enter into an Management Services Agreement for Smyrna Food Truck Tuesday with JRM Management Services, Inc. for a zero dollar impact and have the Mayor sign and execute all related documents.

ISSUE: Assistance in managing staffing workload is needed for the 22-week series of Food Truck gatherings on city property managed by the City of Smyrna, specific to booking and managing food trucks and associated activities on site during the series.
BACKGROUND: The City of Smyrna Community Relations department has been managing the workload for the last three (3) years. An option for meeting the extra assistance needed led to exploration of cost effective options that include the recommended agreement.
