ISSUE: Need for architectural services for the fire station 2 replacement project.
BACKGROUND: Funds are made available from the 2016 SPLOST for the replacement of fire station 2 on Concord Rd. This contract will secure the service of Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Request approval of the contract to secure the services of Lyman Davidson Dooley, Inc.
