Approve the purchase of FY 2015 City Police Vehicles from Wade Ford ($113,922.40) for four (4) 2015 Ford Inteceptor Police Vehicles with all necessary emergency equipment under the state contract.

ISSUE: These vehicles will replace existing vehicles in the fleet according to the city's replacement schedule. The purchase of the vehicles was included in the FY 2015 Vehicle Replacement Budget
BACKGROUND: Wade Ford is the standing vendor in the local area for the state's contract pricing for Ford Inteceptor Police Vehicles. Wade Ford will also have the necessary emergency equipment installed for the department's use of these vehicles as a "Emergency Vehicle" as required by state law.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: The Police Department respectfully requests approval for the purchase of Police Vehicles by the Mayor and Council.
