ISSUE: The current term for George Davis is set to expire November 16, 2018.
BACKGROUND: The Civil Service Board is comprised of 3 members, each serving 2-year terms. One seat is appointed by the Council (currently held by George Davis), one elected by Fire/Police personnel (currently Barb Allen but up for re-election) and one appointed by the other 2 board members (currently John Davis).
George Davis' term is set to expire November 16, 2018 but has requested reappointment to the Civil Service Board.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Reappointment of George Davis to the Civil Service Board for a 2-year term to expire November 16, 2020.
