ISSUE: Approve new Ordinance Chapter 102 Utilities, Article IV, Section 102-46 and 102-47 Sand and Oil/Grease Interceptors
BACKGROUND: Public Works has established an Ordinance to provide rules and regulations for the collection and disposal of waste water contaminants for commerical establishments including sand, oil, grease and FOG within out sanitary sewer system.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works has reviewed this new ordinance and recommends to Approve Ordinance Chapter 102 Utilities, Article IV, Section 102-46 and 102-47 Sand and Oil/Grease Interceptors.
