ISSUE / BACKGROUND:  Proclamation was requested by Victoria Helmly, Smyrna resident and board member of the Parkinson's Foundation Georgia Chapter.

Annie Long, Associate Director of Community Programs for the Parkinson's Foundation, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting on 4/19 to accept the Proclamation.
