ISSUE:  The applicant is seeking approval for annexation of approximately 0.80 acre tract parcel # 17053900530 - all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 539 17th District, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia - 1259 Pebblebrook Rd., Mableton, GA 30126

 

BACKGROUND:  Whitefiled Academy - Dr. Kevin Bracher, President is making the requests this will be included in the Master Site Plan for the expansion of Whitefiled Academy.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  In accordance with Section 36-36-21 of the Georgia Code, Community Development recommends approval of the annexation of the subject property under the 100% method
