ISSUE:  Issuance of a commercial building permit at 4300 E/W Connector for the construction of new Del Taco restaurant. The new building will be 2,720 sq. ft. with an estimated cost of construction of $550,000.00. the general contractor for the development is Diversified Commercial Builders, Inc.
