ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: 

Application for privilege licenses for Walgreen Co. dba Walgreens #05901 for the sale of beer and wine (retail package). Walgreen Co. is the owner and Billy Bonner is the agent applicant.  The previous agent was Gary Vaughn.

Billy Bonner will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2390 S. Cobb Drive SE.  Mr. Bonner has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage ordinances and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license.  Billy Bonner has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.
