ISSUE: Appointment of Ward 3 resident, Leonard Robinson to the Keep Smyrna Beautiful Board. Mr. Robinson is fulfilling the term (expiring 12/19) of Adam Taylor who is stepping down from the board. Councilmember Blackburn will submit a letter of resignation from Mr. Taylor.
