ISSUE:  Award Bid RFP 19-018 Tolleson Pool Improvements to the lowest bidder, Aquatic Consulting & Equipment, Inc. (905 Nightingale Walk, Suite B, Alpharetta, GA 30022) for $109,375.00 FY19 CIP Project and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.

 

BACKGROUND: Parks and recreation requested bids for deck repairs, dive stands, dive board repairs, and deck grate repairs at Tolleson Park Pool. One vendor submitted a bid as follows:

 

Aquatic Consulting & Equipment, Inc.:                     $ 109,375.00

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Parks and Recreation and Purchasing have reviewed the bids and recommend award of bid RFP 19-018 Tolleson Pool Improvements to the lowest bidder Aquatic Consulting & Equipment, Inc. for $109,375.00 FY19 CIP Project and to authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents
