ISSUE: A temporary construction easement is necessary for the replacement and installation of a sanitary sewer main.

BACKGROUND:  Public Works has scheduled the replacement and installation of sanitary sewer main within the existing sanitary sewer easement on this property.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Public Works staff and Croy Engineering recommend Mayor and Council Authorize a Resolution and Declaration of taking of 2419 sq. ft. of temporary construction easement at 2766 Stonecreek Road for the replacement and installation of sanitary sewer main.
