BACKGROUND:
Public Works requested bids for the rehabilitation of storm drain piping and appurtenant structure on Durley Lane with eight (8) vendors submitting bids as follows:

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Purchasing and Croy Engineering have reviewed the bids and recommend award to the lowest bidder TyBe Company, LLC, P. O. Box 276, Newbern, Tn 38059 for the amount of $199,390.15 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
