Body

ISSUE:  Smyrna Emergency Management Agency currently has no way to communicate emergency messaging in the event of a natural or man made disaster. This product, CivicReady, will allow for mass notification/communication if needed.

BACKGROUND:  The City of Smyrna is currently utilizing CivicPlus, with their CivicRec product. The addition of their CivicReady product will be allowed under the existing Master Service Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Request approval.
