ISSUE: Atkins Park (Tavern) Restaurant & Bar requests permit approval to set-up and operate a beer trailer at the Fall Jonquil Festival October 22-23, 2016, with trailer located at the edge of the Market Village immediately facing City Hall, off the street, at the entrance to the public pavillion in the parking lot across from City Hall.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends the placement of the beer trailer by Atkins Park Tavern. Staff also recommends that Atkins Park (Tavern) Restaurant & Bar confirm with the City the set-up and removal date/time of the beer trailer.
