ISSUE:  

BACKGROUND:  Atkins Park Restaurant has requested to have a beer trailer set up during the Smyrna Birthday Celebration on August 2, 2014 from 3:00 to 10:00 with sales beginning at 6:00.  They will be set up at the edge of the Market Village across from City Hall.
