ISSUE:  Award RFQ 17-004 Thermoplastic Striping to the overall lowest bidder Peek Pavement Marking Co. and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.

 

BACKGROUND: Public Works  requested bids for annual contract unit pricing of Thermoplastic Striping. Two Vendors submitted bids Peek Pavement Marking Co. and RP Paving Solutions. Their pricing is in the attached documents.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Public Works and Purchasing have reviewed the bid documents and recommend award to the lowest overall bidder Peek Pavement Markings Co. and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
