Body

ISSUE:  Amendments recommended for clarification, update, ease of enforcement, and strengthen community safety.

 

BACKGROUND:  This request for amendments to Chapter 50 of the Smyrna Code of Ordinances will help: (1) define special-use permitting for Consumer Fireworks, (2) clarify the marking of Fire Lanes, and (3) update Title Language throughout the ordinance.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Request approval of recommended amendments.
