Approve the re-appointment of Parks and Recreation Commission Members as follows: Nicholas Bergeron (Ward 1), Irene Aggrey-Antwi (Ward 2), Tom Sconzo (Ward 4), Paula Weeks (Ward 6), and J. Barrett Carter (Ward 7), for terms to expire December 2019.

ISSUE: To Re-appoint current Parks & Recreation Commission Members to serve until December 2019.
BACKGROUND: The Parks and Recreation Commission have an appointment from each Ward representative. The Ward representative recommends an appointee, the council votes to accept or deny the recommendation. The Councilmembers that are re-appointing Board members are as follows:
Ward 1 Derek Norton recommending Nicholas Bergeron
Ward 2 Andrea Blustein recommending Irene Aggrey-Antwi
Ward 4 Charles (Corkey) Welch recommending Tom Sconzo
Ward 6 Doug Stoner recommending Paula Weeks
Ward 7 Ron Fennel recommending J. Barrett Carter
The term to expire December 2019, the term for this board is 2 years.
