Annexation of approximately 1.21 acre tract - parcel # 17049200340 - all that tract of land lying and being in Land Lot 445 & 492, 17th District, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia - 2201 Dixie Avenue, Smyrna, Georgia and:

BACKGROUND:  Barrow Enterprises, Inc - Rodney Blake Barrow and Joel T. Powell - first inquired about annexation April 21, 2014.
 
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  In accordance with Section 36-36-21 of the Georgia Code, Community Development recommends approval of the annexation of the subject property under the 100% method.
