ISSUE:  They will be celebrating their 1st year in business.  They will provide food and alcoholic drinks to their guests as well as live music on either November 27th or December 4th of 2016 from 2:00PM to 6:00PM.  They will need to obtain permission from the property owner(s) for the area outside of their establishment to use the parking lot area around them.
