ISSUE: 

 

BACKGROUND:  Provisions of code section 66-9.1 have come into focus recently incident to a case.  While it appears that no one has been cited for violating this ordinance, certain provisions of the ordinance should be immediately repealed and the enforcement of the provisions of 66-9.1 as well as code Section 66-9 should be suspended to allow legal review and consideration by Mayor and Council.
