BACKGROUND: Public Works requested bids to replace approximately 225 LF of existing deteriorated CMP, corrugated metal pipe, with 225 LF of RCP, reinforced concrete pipe, on a storm sewer outfall just east of Primrose on Church Road. Staff elected not to take the alternate pipe material. This is scheduled to be a 45 day project. Six vendors submitted bids as follows:

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works Staff, Purchasing and Croy Engineering have reviewed the bids and recommend award to the lowest bidder Site Engineering Inc. for $129,795.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
