ISSUE:  This section of the code of ordinances will address, how vehicles are to be parked; citizen requests for a no parking zone; removal of No Parking Zones and Signs and Exceptions

BACKGROUND:  Historically, no standards concerning no parking have existed.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval
