ISSUE: Application for change of agent for privilege licenses for beer and wine (retail package) SF Markets LLC dba Sprouts Farmers Market #518. Paul Vincent Rohan was the previous agent and Billy Charles Jones, II is the applicant.
BACKGROUND: Billy Charles Jones, II will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at the referenced location. Mr. Jones has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. (Certificate attached)
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Billy Charles Jones, II has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol. Approval of privilege licenses for the sale of beer and wine (retail package) for SF Markets LLC dba Sprouts Farmers Market #518 with Billy Charles Jones, II as the registered agent.
