ISSUE: 

 

BACKGROUND:  Atkins Park Tavern has requested to have a beer trailer setup during the Smyrna Birthday Celebration on August 5, 2017 with sales beginning at 6pm and ending at 10pm.  They will be set up at the edge of the Market Village across from City Hall.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: 

 Staff recommends the placement of the beer trailer by Atkins Park Tavern.  Atkins Park Tavern has confirmed by letter its personnel will handle the setup, removal, and cleanup of the beer trailer.
