ISSUE: Appointment of Ward 1 resident, Tom Barlett, to the Planning and Zoning Board to fulfill term to expire December 2017. Mr. Barlett is the current chair of the Smyrna Tree Board and will be stepping down from that position to fulfill the P&Z Board position in Ward 1.
