Title
To recognize that the Cobb County Marietta Water Authority unanimously approved a new 3-year rate program, with a (2%) two percent annual rate increases for both in-county and out-of-county customers through 2020.
Body
ISSUE: The City of Smyrna amended Chapter 102, Article 1, Section 102-7, Utilities, June 4, 2012 to adjust water rates at the same percentage that suppliers or service providers charge the city and the adjustment shall become effective at the time that the new rate charged by the supplier is effective.
