ISSUE:  Janice K. Marshall & Epic Homes, LLC as the applicants, are seeking approval to annex approximately a 4.2 acre tract of property at 3328 & 3366 Old Concord Road, Smyrna Georgia; and re-zone the propety to include it into the overall development of the  project.  The applicants are requesting re-zoning for16 residential homes on parcel # 17034000100, 17034000110 and 17034000090.  The zoning classification is R-20 (Cobb County) and have requested zoning classification RAD Conditional.

 

BACKGROUND:  This property is currently located in Cobb County and zoned R-20.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Staff recommends approval
