ISSUE:  Application for a name change for GC Jasmine Woodlands, LLC dba The Alcove.   The previous owner/agent was GC Jasmine Woodlands, LLC dba Jasmine Woodlands. 

BACKGROUND:  GC Jasmine Woodlands, LLC dba Jasmine recently decided to change the name of the complex to The Alcove.

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  The proper Name Change Application has been reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communications as well as reported to the Business License Officer.  Approval of a name change from GC Jasmine Woodlands, LLC dba Jasmine Woodlands to GC Jasmine Woodlands, LLC dba The Alcove located at 2200 Woodlands Drive SE Anahita Ghalandar as agent.
