ISSUE: Authorize the acquisition of real property, by all lawful means, for 601 Windy Hill Road and a portion of 2390 Old Spring Road. This authorization includes adopting a Resolution and Declaration of Taking, if necessary, for parcels that are not purchased through negotiated sale. The following parcels are authorized to be acquired through such declaration of taking and either the mayor or mayor pro tem are authorized to execute such documents and all other documents incident to these acquisitions. The property is identified as follows:
601 Windy Hill Road
A portion of 2390 Old Spring Road
