ISSUE:  The Ardent Companies is requesting a zoning amendment to modify the currently approved site plan and building elevations for the remaining portion of the Riverview Landing Development along Riverview Road between Nichols Drive and Dickerson Drive.

 

BACKGROUND:  None.

 

RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:  Table the request to the July 16, 2018 Mayor and Council meeting.
