ISSUE:  The applicants are seeking approval to annex 8.64 acre tract of property at 1755 & 1837 Roswell Street, Smyrna Ga to annex and rezone the property from R-20 & NS (Cobb County) to RM-12 Conditional to build 81 Townhomes.  Parcel # 17063400010 and 17066300020   Cobb County has reviewed the annexation and rezoning request and has responded with a letter of non-objection to the request.

 

BACKGROUND:  Use of property before rezoning and annexation is an undeveloped tract and a vacant house
