ISSUE:  Approval for the City of Smyrna to hold a parade in the Smyrna Market Village to celebrate the first ever Smyrna Citizens Academy on Saturday, March 24^th at 6:00pm

BACKGROUND:  The City of Smyrna will host its first ever parade to celebrate the 2018 Smyrna Citizens Academy participants. The parade will have floats, live music, and dance performances to help celebrate. Road closures will include W. Spring St and King Street from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
