Award RFP 19-023 Cured In Place Pipe Rehabilitation for Sub-Basin -3 Sanitary Sewer Out Fall (SSOF) to bidder IPR Southeast LLC, 5207 Brer Rabbit Road Stone Mountain Georgia 30083, for $2,748,295.25 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
BACKGROUND:
Public Works requested bids for unit-price contract for the rehabilitation of an existing sanitary sewer out fall. The work on this project will include but not limited to clearing, grubbing & revegetation of
approximately 6.8 acres of sewer easement, Rehabilitation of 7,410lf of existing sanitary sewer out fall line utilizing Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP). Rehabilitation of 40 existing sanitary sewer manhole, reconnection of approximately 41 existing sewer services and other appurtenant work.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:
Public Works , Purchasing and Croy Engineering have reviewed the bid and recommend this project be awarded to IPR Southeast LLC for $2,748,295.25 and the Mayor to execute any related documents.
