Approval to hire Rusty Martin as the Community Development Director.
BACKGROUND:
With the retirement of Ken Suddreth, the position of Community Development Director is vacant. A search was conducted and interviews held. City Administrator, Tammi Saddler Jones, recommends the appointment of Rusty Martin to fill this position. Rusty has been serving as the Interim Community Development Director since June 3, 2019.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION:
Staff recommends approval to hire Rusty Martin as the Community Development Director.
