RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works, Purchasing and Croy Engineering have reviewed the bids and recommend award RFQ 20-001 City Of Smyrna Resurfacing to the lowest bidder Bartow Paving Company Inc., 1055 Rowland Springs Road Cartersville, Georgia 30121 in the amount of $1,399,805.68 and authorize the Mayor to execute any related documents.
