ISSUE:  Proclamation in Recognition of Small Business Saturday, November 30, 2019

 

BACKGROUND:  Proclamation was requested by David Monroe (Smyrna Business Assn), and also through Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and the Small Business Saturday Coalition to support the national effort to drive consumers to shop at local independently owned businesses on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.  David Monroe will be in attendance to accept the Proclamation.
