BACKGROUND: Public Works Requested Bids for the turnkey metal roof replacement and the installation of two overhead doors at the Public Work Complex. Six bids were received. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder is Riley Contracting, Inc. 100 Eagle Run Senoia Georgia 30276 in the amount of $141,871.00. Project was budgeted FY2020 CIP.
RECOMMENDATION/REQUESTED ACTION: Public Works and Purchasing have reviewed the bids and recommend this project be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder Riley Contracting Inc. in the amount of $141,871.00 and authorize the Mayor to execute all related documents.
