ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Approval to award RFP 20-016 Windy Hill Boulevard project to the reccommended bidder Baldwin Paving Company for the amount $ 29,571.781.52 located at 1014 Kenmill Drive N.W. Marietta Ga. 30060. The city of Smyrna requested Bids for the 16 SPLOST Windy Hill Boulevard project (6) six bids were received. The lowest and responsive bidder was chosen based off the option of the City Of Smyrna utilizing precast wall panels and maintaining the Ashlar finish for the vehicle barriers.
