ISSUE AND BACKGROUND: Application for change of agent for AVAMC Company LLC dba On the Range for privilege license for beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring). Javier Zayas, Jr. is the agent applicant. Previous agent was Willie T. Chandler. Javier Zayas, Jr. will be the registered agent, responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2500 South Cobb Drive. Mr. Zayas has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop. (Certificate attached)
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude issuance of this license. Javier Zayas, Jr. has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol. Approval of privilege licenses for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring) for AVAMC Company LLC dba On the Range with Javier Zayas, Jr. as the registered agent.
