ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:  Application for privilege licenses for B&G Trade LLC dba Biryani-N-Grill for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring). B&G Trade LLC is the owner and Marie Golden is the agent applicant.

 

Marie Golden will be the registered agent responsible for the sale of alcohol at 2590 Spring Rd SE.  Ms. Golden has been given a copy of the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance and attended the mandatory alcohol awareness workshop.

 

A background investigation conducted by the Smyrna Police Department failed to reveal information that would preclude the issuance of this license.  Marie Golden has agreed to abide by the guidelines set forth by the City of Smyrna ordinance governing the sale of alcohol.

 

RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION: 

Recommend approval of privilege licenses for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor (retail pouring) for B&G Trade LLC dba Biryani-N-Grill with Marie Golden as the registered agent.
