ISSUE AND BACKGROUND:
Application for an apartment complex name change from Stonebrook Apartments to Carriage House Apartments. Stonebrook Apartments requests a change of name for apartment complex located at 810 Windy Hill Road.
RECOMMENDATION / REQUESTED ACTION:
The proper Name Change Applications have been reviewed and approved by the Fire Marshal, Building Inspector, City Engineer, 911 Communication Division, Water Department, and City Marshal as well as reported to the Business License Officer. Recommend approval of a name change for Stonebrook Apartments to Carriage House Apartments at 810 Windy Hill Road.
